An inquiry into:

• How thoughts, feelings and bodies work together to help people make decisions and take action.
• How showing kindness and understanding can help connect with others and create a sense of belonging
• How new knowledge and experiences can strengthen the brain

Term 2: Where we are in place and time

Central Idea: Sharing stories and special places can help build belonging and community

Concepts: Change, Form, Responsibility

An inquiry into:

• Periods, events and artefacts
• Communities, heritage, culture and environment
• Natural and human drivers of movement, adaptation and transformation
